The future of endurance events starts here.
Movemint is building what’s next for endurance sports, shaped by organizers and timers who are done settling for outdated event registration tools.

From sign-up to finish line, all on Movemint
Scroll to follow one registration, from the ad in someone’s feed to the finish photo they post that night.
They find you: Your ad reaches an endurance athlete in your audience
Target by distance, by discipline, by the events someone has already finished — then watch which creative produced registrations rather than likes.
They register: Checkout that is modern, intuitive and only takes a few minutes to complete
Distance, size, waiver and payment on one screen. Returning athletes are recognised, so their second registration takes seconds.
They train: Every training ride becomes a billboard for your event
Months of build-up, posted by the people already registered, to exactly the audience you would have paid to reach.
They get ready: The answers arrive before the questions do
Bib number, start wave, parking and packet pickup, sent on your schedule to the athletes it applies to.
They race: Their time, before they’ve caught their breath
Splits, place and finish time update as athletes cross, so nobody is lost looking for their result.
They share it: A finish photo worth posting, the same day
Photos are matched to bibs and delivered to the athlete as soon as they are uploaded.

Your timer works here too
Race Result syncs both ways, so nothing is carried between two systems by hand.
Your timer keeps their own software
Splits sync both ways with Race Result, so the results your athletes refresh are the ones on the timer’s laptop.
And your athletes get a finish worth sharing
The podium and the leaderboard go live as the timer’s results land, on the same page the field is already refreshing.
The things organizers ask us first
How does pricing work?
Movemint charges a per-registration fee, so there is no platform cost for an event that has not sold anything yet. Organizers choose whether to absorb the fee or pass it to athletes, and payouts settle through Stripe on a schedule you control.
How long does setup take?
Most organizers have an event live the same day. Building the event, its distances and its pricing takes under an hour; adding merch, questions, waivers and integrations is where teams spend the rest of the first week.
Can we migrate our existing event data?
Yes. We import past participants, results and registration history in bulk, so your CRM has the history it needs on day one — including the athletes who registered on your previous platform.
What happens on race day if something goes wrong?
You get a named contact who knows your event, reachable through race weekend. Day-of registration, bib reassignment and result corrections are all self-serve in the admin, so the common problems do not require us at all.
Do you work with our timer?
Movemint integrates directly with Race Result for two-way entry and result syncing, and provides exports and an API for other timing systems. Timers keep the software they trust; the athlete-facing experience is what changes.
Do you support international events and currencies?
Yes. Events run in their local currency with local payment methods through Stripe, and dates, times and results display in the event’s own time zone.
What does onboarding look like?
A working session to build your first event, a migration of your historical data, and a race-week check-in before you go live. Organizers running multiple events get their series and templates set up in the same pass.
